Get to Know Us

UNFILTERED IS A MOVEMENT FOR US ALL TO SAY NO TO MASKING AND SAY YES TO CREATING INCLUSIVE AND ACCOMODATIVE ENVIRONMENTS FOR THE NEURODIVERGENT MIND - A PLACE WHERE EVERY MIND FINDS IT'S SPACE.

At UNFILTERED, our mission is simple: to create real change that improves the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals, especially those who are vulnerable or face additional barriers due to their circumstances. We are a non-profit C.I.C., hustling hard to bring opportunities, support, and resources to those who need them most. Every step we take is about lifting up our people and ensuring they have access to the tools they need to thrive.

While we don’t have big funding backing us, we rely on the generosity of local businesses, individuals, and organizations who share in our mission. Together, we are tackling some of the most pressing issues that neurodivergent people face—especially Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic Neurodivergent individuals—who often experience compounded challenges. Whether it’s backing disadvantaged youth, pushing for better mental health awareness, or advocating for neurodivergent individuals, we remain committed to 100% transparency and accountability.

Partnering for Change

To make a meaningful impact, we work alongside organizations that share our vision and values. Our recent partnership with In Kind Direct, for example, allows us to provide vital hygiene products to vulnerable neurodivergent individuals. Hygiene can often be a challenge for neurodivergent people, particularly those from lower-income backgrounds. Sensory sensitivities, difficulties with routines, and financial barriers can all make maintaining basic hygiene a struggle.

Thanks to this partnership, we now have access to essential hygiene products like toothpaste, shampoo, period products, and nappies, which we distribute to the people who need them the most at our events. This partnership enables us to ease one of the everyday challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, improving their quality of life and helping them feel supported and valued. It’s just one of the many ways we’re working to improve the lived experiences of neurodivergent people.

Representation and Empowerment

At UNFILTERED, we know that representation matters. That’s why we’re dedicated to creating spaces where everyone—especially neurodivergent individuals—can be heard, feel valued, and truly thrive. We aim to build an inclusive environment where neurodivergent people have access to the resources and support they need to live their lives with confidence and dignity.

But we’re not stopping there. We’re committed to empowering neurodivergent individuals by connecting them to opportunities, services, and networks that make a real difference in their lives. Whether it’s through mental health support, educational opportunities, or simply creating safe spaces for connection, UNFILTERED is here to make sure that no neurodivergent person is left behind.

A Lasting Impact

We believe in the power of community and the importance of collective action. By partnering with like-minded organizations, we’re able to provide more comprehensive support for neurodivergent individuals in need, making a tangible difference in their lives. The work we do is not just about short-term solutions; it’s about creating lasting change that empowers people and helps them realize their full potential.

If you’re ready to be part of something bigger, roll with us! Together, we can create a world where neurodivergent individuals—especially those from vulnerable and underserved communities—are given the opportunities, support, and respect they deserve. Let’s build, empower, and create a lasting impact—because when we lift each other up, we all rise.
